  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in our confirmation email; please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
